AI consulting for Silverdale

Sit-down help for people whose week is intake, scheduling, and follow-up — not a retail-tech pitch.

I’m Judah. I live and work in Kitsap. Silverdale is the county’s retail, office, and medical cluster. I sit with those operators and look at how the work actually happens. In person or a call. I’m not a Silverdale storefront, and this is not “AI for the mall.”

Who it’s for

Silverdale’s mix is specific: clinics and medical offices, professional practices, service businesses, and the people who keep those rooms moving along Bucklin Hill and the mall corridor. Someone on the team wants ChatGPT in the inbox. A vendor wants a “front desk copilot.” You don’t need a mall-adjacent transformation program. You need a person to sit down and look at the week you actually have.

That’s the conversation. Appointment books, intake, insurance follow-up, estimates, customer messages, the notes nobody files. We check where a tool saves time and where it just makes more noise. Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot — by need, not a vendor pitch. I do not sell “AI for the mall.” I work with the operators around it — the office, the clinic, the service shop — people who have real work to get through.

If that sounds like you, we meet in person when it makes sense, otherwise a call.

What a session is

We don’t start with a tool. We start with a real week: what comes in at the desk, what has to go back out, what keeps slipping between the EMR, the inbox, and the spreadsheet.

  1. We sit down — in person or a call — and walk through how the work actually moves.

  2. I show where a tool saves time, where it doesn’t, and which is a fit: Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.

  3. You leave with next steps. Not slides. Not locked to one vendor.

Sometimes the right move is a small app or a copilot, not a prompt. I’ve shipped that kind of thing — only if it would actually help. The sit-down itself: how a session works.

Where I actually am

I work with Silverdale people and businesses. I do not have an office there — not on Bucklin Hill, not in the mall corridor, not a pin you can walk into. I’m based in Kitsap County. If sitting down in town is useful, we figure that out. If a call is cleaner around clinic hours and office days, we do that.

A few questions

Do you have an office in Silverdale?
No. I’m based in Kitsap. I work with Silverdale people and businesses in person when it makes sense, otherwise a call. I’m not claiming a storefront there — not on Bucklin Hill, not in the mall corridor.
What does a session look like?
We sit down, walk through your real work — intake, scheduling, follow-up, the notes that never get filed — and check where Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot is a fit and where it isn’t. You leave with a clear picture and practical next steps. Not locked to one vendor.
Do I need a software project?
No. Most of the work is seeing where AI helps what you already do. A small app is optional, and only when it would actually help.
Is this different from the Kitsap consulting page?
Same work. This page is for people in Silverdale who want a straight answer about whether I work there. I do — from Kitsap, in person or a call. The Kitsap consulting page is the broader picture.
