AI consulting for Poulsbo

Sit-down help for people whose week is the village, the corridor, and the commute — not a tourism-tech pitch.

I’m Judah. I live and work in Kitsap. Poulsbo is a waterfront village on Front Street, offices and clinics along Viking Ave, and a north Kitsap commute that includes Olympic College. I sit with those operators and look at how the work actually happens. In person or a call. I’m not a Poulsbo storefront, and this is not “AI for tourists.”

Who it’s for

Poulsbo’s mix is specific: a downtown that still feels like a village — shops, restaurants, and services on Front Street that happen to sit next to visitors — plus professional offices and clinics along Viking Ave, and people whose week is shaped by a north Kitsap commute. Someone wants a chatbot for the window. A vendor wants “content for downtown.” You don’t need a visitor-facing transformation program. You need a person to sit down and look at the week you actually have.

That’s the conversation. Reservations and walk-ins, clinic books, invoices, follow-up, the notes that pile up when the street is busy and the office still has to close. We check where a tool saves time and where it just makes more noise. Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot — by need, not a vendor pitch. I do not sell “AI for tourists.” I work with the operators who keep the village and the corridor running — year-round work that still has to get done when the waterfront is quiet.

If that sounds like you, we meet in person when it makes sense, otherwise a call.

What a session is

We don’t start with a tool. We start with a real week: what a Front Street morning actually looks like, what waits on Viking Ave after lunch, what has to get finished around a north Kitsap commute.

  1. We sit down — in person or a call — and walk through how the work actually moves.

  2. I show where a tool saves time, where it doesn’t, and which is a fit: Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.

  3. You leave with next steps. Not slides. Not locked to one vendor.

Sometimes the right move is a small app or a copilot, not a prompt. I’ve shipped that kind of thing — only if it would actually help. The sit-down itself: how a session works.

Where I actually am

I work with Poulsbo people and businesses. I do not have an office there — not on Front Street, not on Viking Ave, not a pin you can walk into. I’m based in Kitsap County. If sitting down in town is useful, we figure that out. If a call is cleaner around clinic hours, downtown hours, or the commute, we do that.

A few questions

Do you have an office in Poulsbo?
No. I’m based in Kitsap. I work with Poulsbo people and businesses in person when it makes sense, otherwise a call. I’m not claiming a storefront there — not on Front Street, not on Viking Ave.
What does a session look like?
We sit down, walk through your real work — Front Street bookings, Viking Ave intake, follow-up that stacks when downtown is busy — and check where Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot is a fit and where it isn’t. You leave with a clear picture and practical next steps. Not locked to one vendor.
Do I need a software project?
No. Most of the work is seeing where AI helps what you already do. A small app is optional, and only when it would actually help.
Is this different from the Kitsap consulting page?
Same work. This page is for people in Poulsbo who want a straight answer about whether I work there. I do — from Kitsap, in person or a call. The Kitsap consulting page is the broader picture.
